Active investors adding growth capital and execution capabilities
We are not a traditional investors. Our investment philosophy is centered on taking an active part in the growth and execution of our ventures, and aim to only involve ourselves in areas where we have deep domain expertise.
Everything we do is related to esports and gaming, no matter which technology or business model they apply. If it’s not hooking into that, it’s not for us. Esports and Gaming are our core expertise, and we are deeply engaged in it.
How exactly do we invest?

We are stage-agnostic and rather focus on the growth potential in each case, from a more holistic perspective.

It varies on the different cases, but typically sizings of €250K-€5M, looking to take on a relevant stake to add our strategic expertise.

Around 10% and above is our focus. We’re generally not the right fit for someone looking to add us into a consortium of other money as passive capital. We’d rather build the consortiums ourselves.

We align with equity stakes and revenue-sharing mechanisms in each project. We may also work on management fees if there’s a scaling component to the revenue share.
